• Location: San Francisco, CA
• Ages of children: 3.5, 2.5, and 1 year old
• Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 50 hours per week with the general schedule falling on Sunday through Wednesday. Candidates will work between the hours 6:30am and 8:30pm. The family will be shifting to a ROTA schedule in the coming months, so an excitement to be a rotational nanny is essential!
• Compensation: The family is offering $40-45/hour based on the 50-hour/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $114-128k/year dependent on experience and the agreed-upon schedule. The family may be open to candidates who are seeking a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance. A vehicle will be provided for professional use.
• Live-in/Live-out: Flexible to live-in or live-out. A private bedroom and bathroom on a separate floor will be provided. The role will be live-in on rotation.
• Other Notes: The family is excited to meet candidates who are local/ willing to relocate to San Francisco.

• This private, travel-loving San Francisco-based family is excited to find a nanny to join their family team! At 3.5, 2.5, and 1, their three kids are active, love to play outside, and keep their parents on their toes. The eldest two children attend school during the week, while the youngest will be supported by the nanny during the day.
• The family enjoys splitting time between their family homes in SF and the wine country. They usually spend their winter vacations skiing in the mountains and enjoy going overseas in the summer. The family has a chef who prepares dinner, and an additional weekday nanny who has worked for them for 2 years and will be a part of the ROTA team! Both parents are in and out of the house regularly. Pet lovers should apply, as the family has a sweet, hypoallergenic dog.
• They are excited to transition to a rotational schedule by December 2024, and they will be utilizing a rotational setup over the summer while they spend time in France and Switzerland.

Ideal candidate: 

• This position is ideal for someone who is a confident childcare provider, and who loves the early toddler through preschool years! Candidates should bring strong experience with the early childhood years, and creativity and energy to each day. The family likes to provide the guardrails and have the nanny color in the lines/take their own initiative to provide a warm, caring and enriching environment for the children. Strong communication and collaboration skills will go a long way in this role. Anyone who appreciates the outdoors, likes to hit the slopes, and enjoys experiencing other cultures, will fit right in with this family!
• This is a child-focused role. Responsibilities include creating an environment for the child(ren) to grow and thrive, child-related household tasks including but not limited to meal prep, tidying, organizing of children’s areas, occasional errands, before and after school routines, coordinating activities, and traveling with the family throughout the year.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who would be open to occasionally preparing meals for the whole family.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Knowledge and experience with age-appropriate developmental milestones for the early toddler through preschool years
• Valid driver’s license
• Valid passport
• Dog friendly!
• Fully vaccinated and boosted (when eligible) against COVID-19 prior to start date in accordance with applicable laws
