A sports and music-loving Nashville family is seeking an experienced and attentive ROTA nanny to join their family team!

• Location: Nashville, TN
• Ages of children: 12 and 9 years old
• Start date/Contract dates: As soon as they find the perfect fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, rotational schedule of 1 week on/1 week off. Candidates can expect to work and be available anytime during their on weeks. The family will communicate about anticipated weekly hours in advance, to the best of their ability. Flexibility for evenings, travel, and occasional overnight shifts during the rotation will be key for the right candidate!
• Compensation: The family is offering an hourly and overtime rate equivalent to an annualized base compensation of $90k+/year, dependent on candidate experience.
• Benefits: The family will provide a health insurance stipend or plan, a cell phone stipend, bonus for holidays worked, a vehicle for professional use, and relocation assistance.
• Live-in/Live-out: Live out

• This welcoming Nashville family is excited to find a rotational nanny to join their team! They have two athletic, creative, and playful kids who lead very active lifestyles. This family enjoys cultivating warmth and loyalty in the household and looks forward to building a relationship with their nanny. This is a fully staffed home and work environment, so candidates who are excited to collaborate with other team members will be a wonderful addition to the team! They also have two dogs and a tank full of happy fish.
• This family enjoys a lot of travel for both work and pleasure. Travel days can be long and include overnights, so nannies should be comfortable traveling in close quarters with the family! Candidates will represent the family in a professional, respectful, discreet, and confidential manner at all times.

Ideal candidate: 

• This position is ideal for someone who is organized, an excellent communicator, and travel-ready. A candidate with a positive attitude and hardworking mindset will work well with their other long-time staff. It is important that a candidate embraces teamwork and have a genuine love for the children, family, and their pets. Someone who loves sports and is excited to engage and play with these active boys will be a wonderful addition to the team. The family appreciates good communication and consistency in providing attentive, thoughtful care to meet the physical, emotional, social, and intellectual needs of their boys!
• This is a child-focused role! Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating daily activities and schedules, transporting children, and assisting with homework and educational goals. Tidying spaces and belongings that are associated with the boys’ daily use including laundry, closets, rooms, toys, sporting goods, and other belongings. Comfortability jumping in with children’s meal preparation, pet care,  and assisting with occasional errands and home parties or events will be asked and appreciated! Flexibility to travel frequently with the family throughout the year will be essential.
• While not a requirement for the role, the family would love to work with a candidate who has previous tour and/or rotational nanny experience!

Qualifications:

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Valid driver’s license and passport
• Knowledge and experience with school-age children
• Experience traveling with families and children
• Ability to swim and comfortable supervising multiple children in a pool
• Dog friendly! Willing to support light pet care
