Position Overview: A warm and active family in Rancho Santa Fe, CA, is looking for a responsible and engaging tutor/nanny to support their two children, ages 10 and 8. This role will focus on helping with homework, driving the children to various appointments and sports practices, and preparing simple meals. The family is flexible on scheduling, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a part-time role with adaptable hours.

Responsibilities:

• Provide homework assistance and educational support including match.
• Drive children to and from after-school activities, appointments, and sports practices.
• Heat up meals for the children during working hours.
• Create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the children.

Schedule:

• Hours: 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM
• Days: Flexible 2–3 days per week. An example schedule is Saturday, Monday, Wednesday. The family is open to discussing specific days that fit both your schedule and theirs. No coverage needed on Fridays.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience working with children in tutoring, teaching, or a similar supportive role.
• A valid driver’s license. Family vehicle will be provided.
• Strong communication skills and a nurturing, positive attitude.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S., with the ability to pass a background check and provide vaccination records (COVID and flu).
• NDA
• Fluent in English
• Bachelors Degree
• w-2 position.

Compensation: $35-$43/hour
