Description:

A warm, high-achieving family is seeking an organized, efficient, and intuitive household manager/nanny to become a key part of their home. The ideal candidate will possess emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a decisive nature, excelling in a fast-paced environment and helping to ensure the home runs seamlessly. This role requires someone who can function at a high level, taking initiative and contributing to the overall success and well-being of the household.

Their vibrant 15-year-old son is full of energy, quick wit, and a sharp mind as he navigates the journey toward college. He’s not only committed to his academics but also excels on the soccer field and at the piano. In his free time, he loves spending time with his friends.

Their 10-year-old son is a warm, athletic boy with a big heart and a gentle spirit. He is responsive to positive encouragement and thrives with a bit of extra support. Passionate about soccer and flag football, he also enjoys quality time with his friends.

Their 10-year-old daughter is confident, mature, and independent, with a strong sense of individuality. A budding athlete with a creative streak, she enjoys playing soccer, engaging in arts-and-crafts projects, and spending time with her friends.

As a family, they value time together and staying active, whether it’s soccer, biking, running, or tennis. They also cherish time spent in the kitchen or relaxing in the living room. At the end of the day, they come together for dinner around 7 p.m., enjoying this daily tradition as a time to reconnect.

Mom and Dad embrace a balanced, disciplined approach to life, valuing structure without rigidity. Both are high achievers who prioritize academics, encouraging their children to excel in school and aim for top grades. Welcoming and inclusive, they believe in the power of a supportive community to help raise children. While they work from home in a dedicated office space, they’ll also be in and out of the home regularly, creating a warm yet productive environment for the whole family.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, energetic individual with a "can-do" attitude and a passion for getting things done efficiently and effectively. We're seeking someone who is highly organized, responsive, and adaptable—someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is ready to take on a variety of tasks with confidence. Key qualities include flexibility, maturity, reliability, and the ability to take initiative and make decisions independently. The perfect candidate will be a logical thinker with excellent judgment, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage a wide range of responsibilities with ease. Additionally, a safe driving record and excellent driving skills are essential. The ideal person will also be a quick learner, a clear communicator, and a motivated self-starter who takes pride in maintaining an organized and smoothly run household.

In this engaging and dynamic role, you'll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of the household by taking on a variety of important tasks and providing support for the older, more independent children. Your responsibilities will include managing household inventory, restocking supplies, assisting with light meal preparation, keeping spaces tidy and organized (without deep cleaning), and handling transportation for the children. You'll also coordinate vendor schedules for home maintenance, run errands, manage grocery restocking, and take care of the family laundry and bed-making. Other tasks will include overseeing dry cleaning, managing trash and recycling, and reminding the family of upcoming services (such as car or HVAC maintenance). You’ll be proactive in identifying where assistance is needed and will step in seamlessly to keep everything running smoothly—ensuring the household operates at its best while supporting the family’s busy lifestyle.
