Job Description
What They’re Looking for in a Nanny
The family is looking for a reliable, caring nanny who brings both experience with newborns and a deep sense of professionalism. They value consistency and need someone who can read the room, sensing when mom could use an extra hand during her maternity leave and when it’s best to step back, allowing mom and baby to enjoy their time together while the nanny assists with tasks like washing bottles.
The ideal fit would be a nanny with a great sense of humor who enjoys having fun and laughing with the kids. Mom is easygoing and would love someone with a similar personality, as they’ll be spending the first few months together during her maternity leave. The nanny should be proactive and an observant self-starter, able to recognize when something needs to be done and handle it without needing direction. Consideration and safety minded are also essential qualities for this role.
The nanny should be comfort driving the children for school drop-offs and pick-ups.
Benefits and Pay
$25-$27/hour
Guaranteed 42.5 hours per week
Estimated Annual Compensation: $56,875-$61,425
The family will provide a total of 18 PTO days that can be used in the following ways:
10 days that can be used for vacation
5 paid sick days
3 paid personal days
The following 15 Holidays will be paid if they land on the nannies scheduled work days:

The family is offering comprehensive health insurance coverage and is open to discussing a continuing education and retirement benefit for the right candidate.
Applicant Requirements
-Minimum of 4 years of professional nanny experience
-Up to date on CPR and First Aid certification
-3 Professional references
-Must be fully vaccinated against Covid
-Ability to pass a background check

Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm

Getting to Know the Children
G4 is energetic and creative. She loves dancing and superhero play.
G2 is curious and kind. She's currently learning all about emotions! She's interested in anything her sister is doing. She loves to look through books and be read to and paint.
