Family Syllabus: This wonderful family of 5 in Miami Beach is looking for a rockstar full-time nanny/ family assistant! They have three bright children, two boys who are 8 and 6 years old, and one sweet toddler girl who is 3 years old. The two older children are in school during the day and the mom works from inside the home. Their oldest boy is super athletic and loves soccer, and he’s always positive. Life is great for this kiddo unless he gets hangry. He needs a little support with homework and loves sports and playing! The second son is super outgoing, sweet, and sensitive and feels all the feels. Routine is important to him and he likes information. He loves art, sports, legos, imaginative play, and his baby sister. Their daughter attends preschool five days a week and is super verbal and loves to learn. She is an easy breezy darling child to care for. She likes to swim too! Their past nanny was with them for 5 years and they want another long-term fit to grow with them. Parents are laid back, their home is lively and they love organization. Dad travels a lot for work. The children respond very well to gentle parenting, validation, and communication.

Ideal Candidate: This lively family’s ideal nanny is patient, friendly, organized, proactive, has a calm presence, and is a great cook! A team player who is ready to help out with homework after school and pick up groceries or run family errands during the day while the oldest kids are in school would fit in perfectly with this role. Anticipating needs and knowing when to step in and out of each situation is important. Please be flexible, a go-getter, and cool with a mom working from home who loves and enjoys being with her children. The family also has other domestic help in the house, so experience in a fully staffed home is welcome! Be a great swimmer who enjoys travel! The family will provide a private bedroom for the nanny.

Job Synopsis: Start some of your days dropping off the oldest boys at school before you head back home for a day full of imaginative play, learning, reading, and songs with the darling toddler girl! Family errands, keeping the children’s rooms organized and tidy, and keeping up with their laundry would be incredibly helpful for this family. This family would love having a nanny who enjoys cooking and creating healthy, colorful basic meals for the children and their family! The schedule for this position will be 40-50 hours per week from 7:30/8 am until 7:30/8 pm with the flexibility to work 5-6 days per week. The pay for this role is a range from $35-40/hr DOE with paid vacations, sick time, and holidays. A college degree is not required for this position. Overnights will be required if the parents are traveling and please be open to traveling with the family, as well! A vehicle will be provided for the nanny to use during working hours.

Qualifications: 

Five years of professional nanny experience
