Full Time Nanny

Summary:
We are seeking an amazing, creative, dedicated and enthusiastic nanny to support the children, while also playing a crucial role in the family’s daily life. The ideal applicant will be a flexible, dynamic individual who can efficiently multitask and adapt to the varying needs of a busy, family-oriented environment. This role will mostly focus on the little one as the older child will be in school, however, will need help with after school activities as well as possible driving. We are specifically looking for a creative and highly engaging individual who can bring a proactive approach in highly engaging activities. Possible babies in the future.

Required Skills:
All interested candidates MUST have longevity at all past positions, have self-initiative, understand redirection methodology, positive reinforcement and choice strategies. Growth and forward thinking mindset required. An educational background in early childhood development is essential as the role may include caring for an infant or toddler with the potential of more caregiving responsibilities as the family grows. Candidates should demonstrate eagerness and have an attitude that no job is below them and no job is too big or too small to accomplish. We are asking that candidates respect professional boundaries, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and embody respectfulness towards the environment. A kind, upbeat personality, and the ability to work autonomously or under direction as required are vital, reflecting our view that every team member’s contribution is valuable.

Open and Flexible with the ability to travel and do date nights.

Required Certifications:
10+ Years of Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV, Trustline

Hourly/Salary:
40-45
