A busy family in the Richmond District is looking for a super family assistant for their three amazing daughters ages 9, 10 and 14 years old. The morning hours are action-packed with helping the girls get moving in their morning routine. Family assistant would prepare a simple breakfast and help everyone out the door, and drive two of the girls to the same school (the oldest takes the bus). In the afternoon family duties would include cooking dinner from a meal kit that arrives with prepared menus. Additional duties include organization projects in the home, light housekeeping, caring for plants, and checking on their two old pups.
The family would really love candidate who takes initiative, is a self starter and thrives on seeing what needs to be done and tackling it. Their girls are super inquisitive, creative, smart and funny and very much have their own individual spirit. They love musical theatre, art and volleyball, and are interested in the world and want to help make it a better place.
Parents are both busy working and are looking for someone who encourages the girls to do things on their own, i.e. they do their own laundry and prepare their own lunches. Their current family assistant will show them how to do it rather than doing it for them and the parents love this.
Schedule: The family’s Ideal schedule would be a split shift Monday – Friday 20-25 hours per week 1/2pm-6:30pm (with flexibility) and occasional Saturdays.
