Full Time Family Assistant

Summary:
Seeking an experienced and dynamic nanny for two remarkable school-age girls who share a beautiful bond and boundless enthusiasm for life. These bright, precocious children love crafts, gymnastics, baking, and creative activities like slime-making. Full time position has specific core hours with flexibility required for early mornings, late evenings, occasional weekends, and approximately 10 overnight stays annually. A family vehicle is provided for the extensive driving responsibilities associated with the role.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and forward-thinking abilities to anticipate and prepare for the children's needs well in advance. Key responsibilities include school transportation, activity coordination, meal preparation, grocery shopping, family laundry management, and light household organization. This role requires collaborating closely with mom, maintaining household tidiness (particularly after breakfast), and monthly swim spa maintenance, while professional cleaning service handles deep cleaning bi-weekly. The position demands someone who can work with full autonomy, demonstrate excellent judgment, and serve as a positive role model for young girls. The successful candidate will be creative, highly organized, and capable of managing both scheduled routines and unexpected schedule changes with grace and flexibility.

Required Certifications:
3-5 Years Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV

Hourly/Salary:
