Full Time Nanny

Summary:
We are seeking an upbeat, vivacious candidate to be a fabulous live in or out nanny for a fabulous family in Laguna! This position offers the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a supportive environment where your expertise and creativity will be highly valued. The toddler attends school 3-4 days weekly, and there is a NCS there for another few months. This role is a heavy focus on the baby however, there will be a lot of tag-teaming with mom. Both parents have very demanding jobs and they both work from home. The household has a fully staffed house and we are looking for someone who has a "no job too big or too small" attitude and willing to rise to the occasion when needed. The family is open minded and super cool and they are looking for an extension of mom! Live in accommodations are fabulous as the entire downstairs of the house would be yours with a private entrance!

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will be early in their career and have at least 5 years of nannying experience with proven expertise in infant and toddler care. We would love a preschool teacher or someone with some early childhood education under their belt. Responsibilities include school transportation for the 3-year-old, managing children's laundry, maintaining organization, packing and unpacking children for trips, helping set up child-friendly environments wherever you go, and providing general household assistance with errands and administrative tasks. Must be comfortable traveling. You should be skilled in developmental milestones, teaching through play, giving children choices to empower their self esteem and positive reinforcement techniques while caring for multiple children simultaneously. Excellent references are required. We're looking for someone vivacious and outgoing who thrives on making learning fun, while being intuitive and proactive in this fully staffed household. Requirements include living a healthy lifestyle, comfort with work from home parents, being pet free due to allergies in the household, and having up to date Tdap vaccination. Both live in with private accommodations provided and live out options are available. We also have a relocation package for the perfect candidate!
