Full Time Nanny/Family Assistant

A loving, cool and upbeat family is seeking an experienced and creative Nanny/Family Assistant to care for their young child with another on the way. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of professional nanny experience, possess strong knowledge of early childhood development (infancy through age 5), and desire a long-term position. This role offers the opportunity to work with engaged parents who value early childhood education and are receptive to suggestions. The position requires someone who thrives in a flexible environment, enjoys swimming (pool on premises), can assist with household organization, and is comfortable traveling (domestic and international) with the family when needed.

Required Skills:
Responsibilities include providing attentive and highly engaging childcare using positive reinforcement, redirection methodologies, and choice strategies; maintaining a neat, organized home environment; flexibility with scheduling including occasional early arrivals, later departures, and date nights; and swimming supervision. Qualifications required: minimum 5 years professional nanny experience; expertise in early childhood development; comfort with water activities; ability to establish appropriate boundaries with a strong-willed child; no animal allergies please; exceptional creativity and playfulness; strong organizational skills; ability to work autonomously without micromanagement. The successful candidate will be a proactive, engaging caregiver who can balance structure with fun while supporting this growing family.
