A family in West Portal is looking for a kind, capable, and team-oriented nanny / house assistant to join their family in caring for their three boys (including a newborn). This is a long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys being with kids, is organized and flexible, and excited to be part of a busy, loving household.
Their children are 3 months, 2 and 4 years old with the older two in daycare and preschool. Responsibilities include childcare for one or all three children as needed, driving to/from school and activities, planning fun things to do and engaging in play, running errands, light tidying, simple meal prep/cooking, family laundry, and organization.
The best person for them is discrete, team-oriented, proactive, and flexible. They value trust, calm, and curiosity in their home. Their boys are affectionate, playful, and full of energy — they love imaginative play, being outside, and one-on-one connection. They want to find someone who feels like a natural extension of their family — a true co-parent during busy times, and a steady, loving presence for their children.
