Family Syllabus: This private family of 5 is looking for a dependable and fun rotational nanny to join their family team! This is a fully staffed home with two rotational nannies already in place, housekeepers, chefs, and personal assistants. The family has 3 toddler boys. The parents are hands-on and looking for a dynamic nanny to join their cohesive family team. Their older son loves to be a big brother and truly enjoys being around his brothers. He is a true mama’s boy and has a big heart. He is attending a child-led preschool two days a week, 8:30 am – 11:30 am. The twin boys love their big brother and are always excited to see him. They are new walkers and love to explore. They have the sweetest personalities and are a true joy to be around. The family has a large property with a built-out play area, a creek, bees, a bee fountain, and a beautiful path around the property for the children to play and explore. They have a wonderful dynamic. The children love to go and visit their family kitties. There is a cottage on the property where the sweet kitties live.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and gets along well with others while having a calm demeanor. Child development-minded nannies, look no further! Job Synopsis: Spend your days engaging and playing with these sweet little ones. Tidying up the children’s play areas, bedrooms, and keeping up with the children’s laundry will be required. Helping to feed the children colorful, healthy meals and cleaning up afterward would also be helpful. The schedule for this position is rotational for 1 week on and off at a time. The schedule will be 12-hour days from 7 am until 7 pm with the flexibility to stay later or come earlier if needed. The target salary for this role is around $190k per year at $50-$75/hr with paid overtime, full medical, and a 401k. There is a nanny house nearby for the nannies to stay in while on rotation, which includes their own private bedroom and bathroom. Please be open to traveling with this incredible family! The family will provide a nanny vehicle when they require driving.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on their vaccines and open to taking influenza and Covid tests as needed.
