ROTA Nanny

A wonderful family is seeking a warm, energetic, and experienced ROTA nanny to care for their three very active boys in a child-led household. This is a 7 days on, 7 days off schedule, with 12-hour days during the working week. The home follows a child-led learning approach, which prioritizes the children’s interests, choices, and curiosity. This philosophy empowers the children to take ownership of their learning journey, with the nanny serving as a thoughtful and supportive guide. The ideal candidate will be engaging, playful, and highly attentive to each child’s unique needs, while also maintaining structure and fostering emotional and social development through play, exploration, and respectful communication. This is a collaborative household, and the successful candidate must be a team player, willing to jump in wherever needed and work seamlessly alongside other staff. A kind and respectful attitude toward everyone in the home is essential. All applicants must be up to date on their vaccinations and willing to take influenza and COVID-19 tests as needed. Must be cat-friendly. The family is open to candidates that fly in and out for the work week. There is a large, beautiful nanny house for the nannies close to the family home.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of professional nanny experience, preferably in high-profile or fully staffed homes. They must lead a healthy and active lifestyle, with the energy and enthusiasm to keep up with three busy boys. A strong understanding and appreciation for child led environments is essential, as is the ability to thoughtfully guide and support children while honoring their autonomy and interests. This role requires someone who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting, communicates effectively, and brings a positive, can do attitude to each day.

Tuesday-Monday, 7am-7pm, one week on and one week off

5+ Years of Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV, Trustline
