Description:
A laidback and welcoming family is seeking a nanny/household manager to care for their 5-year-old daughter, 3-year-old son, and newborn twins arriving in September. As returning Pink Nannies clients, they deeply value the caregiver relationship; their current nanny is truly part of the family. With her upcoming departure, they’re hoping to find another long-term fit who will bring the same warmth, reliability, and presence into their home.
Their oldest daughter, an energetic 5-year-old, is funny, sweet, and polite. She has a natural leadership personality and enjoys all things girly. Their 3-year-old son is just as active as his older sister. He is also very funny and sweet. While he can have a strong and daring personality, he is also very chill and sensitive. They both enjoy swimming in the pool, dance parties, and arts and crafts. They also appreciate more relaxed activities like playing with their tablets. The children are in daycare during the day, and the oldest starts kindergarten this fall, so the nanny will rarely be responsible for all the children at once.
Mom and Dad are expecting two little bundles of love at the end of September, if she makes it to 38 weeks! The babies will have a newborn care specialist helping at night, while the ideal nanny will care for them during the day, following a provided schedule. Knowledgeable and loving, the nanny will assist with nap time and formula feeding, always making informed decisions.
This open-minded family is very active and social, and they love spending time outdoors doing fun activities together. Mom is chill, friendly, and outgoing, while Dad, a professional athlete, is quiet and reserved. They are also very welcoming and appreciative of their household staff. To stay active, the family goes on walks or visits playgrounds. They are frequently in and out of the house, and rarely spend time indoors. The perfect match for this family will have a bubbly and proactive personality, always ready to step in and help without being asked. A professional, respectful, and discreet nanny who is flexible and adaptable to evolving schedules, activities, and plans is essential; someone who’s a self-starter, trustworthy, and reliable.
In this exciting role, this individual’s responsibilities will include caring for the children, preparing meals and snacks, preparing and sterilizing bottles, and planning fun daily or weekly outings for the kids. Additional tasks will be related to household management tasks, like general tidying and organizing, doing and putting away laundry, cleaning out Mom’s car, and cleaning up the kitchen after meals, and overall being innately helpful. The nanny will also run errands, restock diaper bags, tidy up the kids’ common areas, and send photos throughout the day.
