Full-Time Nanny Manager Needed in Dallas, TX

Location: Dallas, Texas, 75220

Start: ASAP but willing to wait for the right fit!

Children: Boy - 1.5 Years

Compensation: $28-$35+/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday 9 AM-6 PM or 8 AM-5PM for the right fit!

Description:

A down-to-earth, loving family in Dallas is seeking an experienced and proactive full-time nanny and household manager to join their home and care for their delightful 1.5-year-old son. This is a long-term position with guaranteed full-time hours and the opportunity to become a valued and consistent presence in their child’s life.

Their son is verbal, outgoing, and incredibly active—he thrives with structure, engaging conversation, and plenty of outdoor play. The family maintains a screen-free home and appreciates a nanny who can support their parenting values while adding creativity, patience, and intentionality to the day.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with at least 5+ years of private household nanny experience, who takes initiative, communicates openly, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. Someone who genuinely enjoys working with toddlers and is happy to support with newborn care in the future will thrive here.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging the child in developmentally appropriate activities and outdoor adventures (parks, museum outings, etc.)

• Supporting speech, gross motor, and social-emotional development through play and structure

• Preparing simple, healthy meals for the child and handling child laundry

• Keeping the child's areas and common spaces clean and tidy

• Managing light child-related household tasks like putting away groceries and organizing toys

• Communicating with the parent through text or notes to keep the day flowing smoothly

• Supporting occasional transitions with the parent working from home

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are:

• Experienced (5+ years minimum in private homes) and confident managing a toddler independently

   

   

• Comfortable around a large, friendly dog 

• Knowledgeable in early childhood development and gentle behavior support strategies

• Experienced with toddler AND newborns

• Vaccinated for COVID and Tdap

   

• CPR & First Aid Certified

• Non-Smoker

• Fluent in English

• Able to legally work in the USA

• Punctual, trustworthy, and truly invested in building a long-term relationship with the family

Compensation & Benefits:

• $28–$35+/hr depending on experience

• 40 guaranteed hours/week

• 2 weeks paid vacation

• 3 sick days

• 7 paid holidays (including Christmas, Memorial Day, and the 4th of July)

• Use of a family-provided nanny vehicle
