Full-Time Nanny (Newborn Twins) – Sunny Isles Beach, FL

A loving, active family in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Nanny to join their household. The family includes a couple and four young children: newborn twins, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. The older children are in school, and the mother remains very hands-on with them. A full-time housekeeper is also employed.

The primary responsibility will be hands-on care for the newborn twins, with occasional support for the older children and light family assistant duties. The ideal candidate should be flexible for occasional overnight shifts and available to travel to Aspen for the summer.

Schedule

The family offers flexibility and is open to both Live-In or Live-Out arrangements. A typical schedule may be: Tuesday to Saturday 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Live-in accommodations include a private room with ensuite bathroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-charge care for newborn twins
• Diapering, bathing, grooming, dressing
• Bottle-feeding, introducing solids, preparing children’s meals
• Managing sleep and nap routines
• Planning age-appropriate developmental activities
• Occasional care for the toddler and preschooler
• Light family assistant support, including:
• Children's laundry and tidying
• Organizing children’s spaces
• Running errands
• Managing children’s calendars and logistics

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent professional nanny experience
• Proven expertise with newborn and toddler care
• Strong childcare references
• Energetic, proactive, and nurturing demeanor
