This first-time parent duo is energetic, easygoing, and deeply family-oriented. One parent is a busy entrepreneur with a fast-paced schedule, while the other works in an office with a more traditional structure. Together, they’re preparing to welcome their baby in early November and are looking for a nanny who fits seamlessly into their dynamic household. They’re seeking a nanny who can blend seamlessly into their family, someone vibrant, assertive when needed, flexible, and self-directed. They value clear communication, reliability, and someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do, but jumps in and plans fun, enriching days.

This position is perfect for a nanny who is confident with infants and thrives when trusted to take the lead. The family would love someone who is:

• Warm, upbeat, and ready to bring positive energy into their home
• Naturally proactive, you’re the type to say “I’ve got this!” and go plan a fun outing or activity
• Confident in maintaining a consistent routine 
• Comfortable with a structured day but flexible when life throws a curveball
• Great with communication, able to give and receive feedback without stress
• Calm under pressure and totally unbothered by a busy household (including 3 friendly dogs and a cat!)
• Interested in being part of a team, not just clocking in and out
• Someone they hope will stay with their family long term as their child grows
• This position is not open to caregivers bringing their own child

 

Applicant Requirements:

• At least 4 years of professional childcare experience(nannying, daycare, teaching, etc.)
• Up to date on CPR and First Aid certification
• The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• 3 referencesfrom past childcare positions
• A preference for those who are up to date on standard vaccination

Pay and Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $25–$30/hour 

Estimated Yearly Income: $52,000–$62,400 
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week 

 

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday 10am-6pm

Friday 9am-5pm

 

Paid Time Off:

2 weeks (10 days) paid vacation

5 paid sick/personal days

$250/month contribution used towards health insurance or retirement contribution
