Compensation: $35.00 - $40.00  Per Hour 
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, Full-time 40 Hours (Flexibility Required)

We are seeking, on behalf of our client in Naples, Florida, a highly experienced full-time Nanny to care for their 18-month-old toddler and newborn expected in October. The ideal candidate will provide attentive, age-appropriate care for both children, ensuring consistent routines for sleep, meals, and developmental activities.

The Nanny will support the family through the newborn stage with a collaborative and flexible approach. Responsibilities include planning and engaging the children in educational and creative activities, providing transportation to classes and activities, assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and preparing meals. Overnight care will be required as needed when the Principals travel. The role also involves domestic and international travel. The family has one dog, so comfort with pets is essential.

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years of professional nanny experience
• Recent experience caring for infants and toddlers, with newborn care experience essential
• Flexible schedule with availability for domestic and international travel
• Valid driver’s license
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Travel ready with the ability to travel on short notice
• Competent swimmer
• Strong, verifiable references from previous nanny positions
• Local to Naples, FL, or currently based nearby
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
