Pay Rate: $55.00 per hour

Duration: 12 weeks
Schedule: Overnight care, Sunday to Thursday, 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift Type: Non-sleeping overnight shift, Live-out

Job Description
Our client in Denver, CO is seeking a Certified Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) to provide overnight care for their newborn twins, expected in late October 2025. This is a live-out, short-term position for 12 weeks.

Responsibilities include feeding, diapering, soothing, preparing, and sterilizing bottles, maintaining detailed overnight logs, and supporting healthy sleep and feeding routines. The family employs a full-time daytime nanny, and the NCS will work collaboratively to ensure seamless continuity of care. This is a non-sleeping overnight shift. The NCS is expected to remain awake and attentive throughout the shift to actively care for the infants.

Please note: This is not a 1099 position. The NCS will be hired as a W-2 employee and paid legally through a household payroll service to ensure tax and labor law compliance.

Requirements

• Newborn Care Specialist Certification
• 5+ years of professional newborn experience, preferably including overnight shifts
• Prior experience with twins or multiples strongly preferred
• Excellent references
• Local candidates preferred
