Pay Rate $45.00 Per Hour / $117,000 Annually 
Start Date: Immediate
Hours:  Monday to Friday 7:30am-5:30pm (50 Hours)

Our client, located in Scottsdale, is seeking a highly experienced and engaging full-time Nanny to care for their two children, ages 4 years and 2.5 years. This is a sole-charge position that combines childcare with light household management duties.

The nanny will be responsible for all aspects of the children’s care, including maintaining daily routines, supporting preschool development, assisting with homework, and encouraging learning through play and exploration. The role also includes managing the children’s social and activity calendars, transporting them to and from preschool and extracurricular activities, and accompanying them to classes, playdates, and outings. The nanny should also demonstrate proper etiquette and manners by example and maintain a warm, calm presence.

Additional responsibilities include tidying children's play areas, cooking healthy meals and snacks, laundry for children, and assisting with errands. Travel with the family both domestically and internationally is required, and the nanny should be confident in navigating new cities with the children. Comfort in and around water is important, as the family values outdoor time and active lifestyles.
A vehicle is available to the nanny for work-related and personal use.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-time nanny experience
• Experience caring for children of similar ages
• Previous travel nanny experience required
• College degree (Early Childhood Education or Teaching degree strongly preferred)
• Confident swimmer and comfortable being active outdoors
• Professional presentation and discretion at all times
• Valid driver’s license
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
• Experience in fully staffed or high-profile households strongly preferred
• Willing to commit to a minimum of two years
