FULL TIME NANNY

Summary:
This loving, active family is seeking a warm, engaging, and professional nanny to care for their infant, with the role evolving as the child grows. Until January, care will be focused exclusively on the baby while Mom spends time with the older child before returning to work. The ideal candidate is a native English speaker with strong infant care and early childhood development experience, who brings positive energy and a genuine passion for childcare. The family values a nanny who is committed to their long term success, helps foster good manners and respectful behavior, and embraces a loving yet firm approach. As the baby grows, responsibilities will include light housekeeping duties such as, organizing and tidying kid's rooms, swapping out toys and clothes, managing laundry, and planning age appropriate activities and outings such as music classes and story time. Dad works from home a few days a week, so the ability to work collaboratively while maintaining a smooth household flow is important.

Required Skills:
Candidates must have proven experience with infants, a strong understanding of early childhood development, and be confident drivers who are comfortable navigating the city. The position requires someone who is resourceful in finding activities that support growth and development. The nanny must have a positive attitude, be adaptable, and demonstrate a genuine love for the profession. Strong organizational skills, the ability to maintain a tidy and well-prepared environment, and a proactive approach to household tasks are essential. The family is seeking someone reliable, communicative, and dedicated to building a long-term, mutually respectful relationship.

Days & Hours:
M-F, 40-50 hours a week

Required Certifications:
3-5 Years Experience, Perfect DMV, Trustline, CPR & First Aid

Hourly/Salary:
45. - 55.
