A split-household in Marin is seeking a positive, personable FT Nanny to care for their child. They are neurodivergent and on the autism spectrum, so prior similar experience working with school-age children is required. Responsibilities include driving the child from school to extracurriculars, planning fun activities, engaging in play and supporting their social-emotional development, as well as preparing their meals, laundry, and light tidying.
Their ideal person is an excellent communicator, organized, empathetic, and kind. This role requires a personal vehicle for work-related driving (family will reimburse for mileage) and flexibility to help with occasional evening/weekend care. They’d love to find someone knowledgeable in child development, who is discrete, and seeking a long-term commitment.
