Up to $105,000/year DOE (~$40–$45/hour) | Guaranteed 40/45 hrs/week | PTO

They are seeking an experienced infant nanny whose primary focus will be on their sweet 4-month-old baby, supporting daily routines, developmental play, and outings. You'll have an occasion to help out with two older siblings for date nights or school closures when their other nanny is unavailable.
Their home is joyful and full of movement, and they are looking for someone who brings calm, confidence, and a grounded presence to their daily rhythm. They appreciate clear communication, collaboration, and a team-oriented spirit.
Their nannies are seen as an essential part of the family, and they are excited to welcome someone who complements their playful and energetic household.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 4+ years of in-home nanny experience (with contactable references)
- Have 2+ years caring for infants as a paid nanny (This can be included in the 4 years)
- Experience caring for up to 3 children at once
- Are grounded, emotionally attuned, and take initiative
- Follow a patient and loving nanny philosophy
- They are highly organized and professional, even in busy or dynamic environments
- Have a clean driving record (vehicle provided while working)
- Can commit for 2+ years and live within a reasonable commute to San Francisco (Noe Valley)
- Open to caring for additional siblings on occasion
Preschool teacher experience, experience acquired before age 18, and caring for siblings will not be considered nanny experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Full-time care for one infant (bottle feeding, naps, play, milestones)
- Light child-related tasks (laundry, dishes, tidying play areas)
- Collaborate with a second nanny who supports the older children
- Occasionally assist with the older siblings during school closures or evening outings
Schedule & Benefits:
- Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM (guaranteed 40 hrs/week)
- Annual salary $100,000 - $105,000 DOE
- 13 paid holidays
- 40 hrs PTO
- 40 hrs sick leave
