About the Family:
A warm and Christian faith-centered family in West Frisco, TX is seeking a loving, dependable, and flexible full-time nanny to support their household during a particularly busy and challenging season. With three young children—a 6-year-old daughter, a 3-year-old son, and a 9-month-old baby girl—and a parent going through some serious medical treatments, the family is looking for a trusted long-term nanny who can provide consistent support and bring calm and joy to their home.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the morning routine by preparing breakfast, getting children ready, and completing school drop-off
    • Act as a high-ownership partner to parents, driving the day and week, maintaining consistent routines, coordinating calendars and activities, and communicating proactively while honoring the family’s style
    • Work independently by anticipating needs, creating simple checklists or systems, and handling details without a task list
    • Provide afternoon and evening coverage with pick-ups from school or daycare starting at 4:00 PM and kids’ activities or time at home (sometimes mom will take 1-2 kids to activities and you will have the baby or one kid at home)
    • Manage grocery shopping and household errands; track pantry and children’s supplies and keep inventories current
    • Support meals by handling light prep or making simple dinner so evenings run smoothly
    • Guide evening routines including baths, pajamas, stories, and settling for bedtime
    • Maintain light household upkeep including family laundry, tidying common and play areas, and basic organizing as needed
    • Stay flexible and step in where needed to keep the household running smoothly
    •

Ideal Candidate:

    • Brings genuine joy in caring for young children and is confident managing multiple age groups
    • Highly organized self-starter who works independently, anticipates needs, and goes the extra mile (while adapting to family’s style/preferences as needed)
    • Patient, dependable, and adaptable; remains calm and organized to create stability for family
    • Skilled in multitasking, time management, and creating a nurturing, structured home environment
    • Confident caring for three children at once and partnering with parents in a proactive, hands-on way
    • Comfortable using a personal vehicle for school pickups (mileage reimbursement provided; family vehicle available on many days)
    • Strong organization and time management; able to build and maintain routines/schedules

Qualifications:

    • Experience managing multiple children and ages (toddler/preschool//elementary school)
    • CPR & First Aid certification (or willing to obtain)
    • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; reliable personal vehicle a plus
    • Fully vaccinated, strictly non-smoking, and fluent in English
    • Excellent, recent professional references (2–3)
    • Legally authorized to work in the United States
This is a meaningful opportunity to support a wonderful family as they navigate a demanding season of life with grace and love. They would be thrilled to welcome someone who brings steadiness, heart, and a nurturing spirit into their lives.
