Description:

A warm, hands-on family is seeking an experienced, safety-first infant nanny to care for their baby boy, born at 32 weeks and now 2.5 months adjusted.

Their son is a happy, easygoing little one (13 lbs) who’s thriving with gentle routines. He enjoys contrast cards, singing and nursery rhymes, and tummy time, and like many little ones, he settles best with close contact, that soft “melt into your chest” moment we all love. After 35 days in the NICU, Mom and Dad are affectionate and attentive, “making up for lost time” and value a predictable rhythm with room for extra snuggles. Family time looks like walks, songs, cuddles, and quiet, quality time together.

While both parents bring their own strengths to family life, they share one goal: a home that feels steady, kind, and deeply connected. Mom is warm, affectionate, and collaborative, an intuitive listener who leads with empathy and invites partnership. Outgoing and positive, she approaches new routines with curiosity and grace. Dad brings calm steadiness and thoughtful structure. He is measured, attentive to details, and protective in the best way, balancing practicality with a gentle sense of humor. Together, they model respect, reliability, and warmth, celebrating growth, communicating openly, and creating a home that is both nurturing and consistent.

Their ideal nanny is deeply experienced with infants and values safety & organization. Empathetic, warm, cautious, and trustworthy, this person cares for their son with the tenderness they would give their own child while honoring professional boundaries. Safety comes first: follows AAP guidelines, including safe sleep every time, bottles and pump parts sterilized, upright holds after each feed, and close attention to subtle cues. They support a simple daily rhythm, keep thoughtful logs of feeds, ounces, diapers, sleep, and soothing methods, and stay flexible when extra snuggles are needed. Clear, kind communication matters, along with gentle guidance without judgment. Above all, they value family, trust, and a long-term partnership with parents who are still finding their rhythm.
