Pay Rate: $40.00 Per Hour / $83,200 Annually
Start Date: Immediate
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 Hours/Week)

Job Details
Our Seattle-based client is seeking a full-time Nanny for their 5-month-old daughter. This is a sole-charge childcare position with one work-from-home parent.

The nanny will be responsible for all standard nursery duties and will actively engage the child in age-appropriate developmental activities to support both cognitive and physical growth, incorporating Montessori principles into daily routines. The role includes following schedules and routines that reflect the parents' preferences and instructions for care, following baby-led weaning, supporting sleep training, as well as maintaining a daily nanny journal. The nanny will also take the child to local classes, parks, and outings to encourage socialization and exploration. Additional responsibilities include occasional travel with the family (domestic), light housekeeping, assisting with child meal preparation, and assisting with the child’s laundry. This is a wonderful long-term opportunity.

Requirements
• Minimum of five years of professional nanny experience, including infant care
• Montessori experience
• College degree (preferred)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Enjoy being outdoors and active in all seasons
• Clear driving history
• Reliable personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
