Full Time Family Assistant (Live in OR Live Out)

Summary:
lovely family seeking a dedicated Family Assistant for their home with a 10-month-old child. The mother will be transitioning to full-time stay-at-home parenting and requires additional support to maintain their household's high standards of organization and nutrition. The role centers around meal planning, preparation, and cooking of nutritious family meals, alongside comprehensive household organization and maintenance of tidy living spaces. You will provide light childcare support working alongside the stay-at-home mother, handle grocery shopping and household errands, and manage general household upkeep to ensure everything runs smoothly. If candidate chooses the live in option, there are private accommodations in a separate casita and a vehicle for work-related duties or mileage reimbursement if using your vehicle. Required Skills:
We are seeking someone with previous experience in light household management or family assistant roles who possesses enjoys food prep and cooking with an emphasis on healthy meal preparation. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to maintaining orderly home environments. You should have a collaborative working style to partner effectively with the family, along with flexibility and adaptability to varying daily needs. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

Open and flexible some weekend help ideal and travel domestically and abroad.

Required Certifications:
CPR & First Aid, 3-5 Years Experience, Perfect DMV, Trustline

Hourly/Salary:
100k-120k
