Description:

A laidback and welcoming family is seeking a live-in nanny/household manager to support them in caring for their family and home. They have a 5-year-old and a 3-year-old who attend daycare & school during the day and infant twins whom they welcomed into the world in September!

As returning Pink Nannies family, they deeply value the caregiver relationship as they view their nanny as truly part of the family. They’re hoping to find another long-term fit who will bring the same warmth, reliability, and presence into their home.

Their eldest daughter is bright, curious, and full of “big sister” energy. She’s talkative, eager to help, and has a natural love for performing. A true girly girl, she just started kindergarten and adores taking care of her twin baby brothers. Their 3-year-old son is incredibly sweet and sensitive with an independent streak—he can happily play in the playroom for hours. He’s also a little comedian with a big personality, always ready to make everyone laugh. He attends daycare during the day, and with their oldest now in kindergarten, the nanny will rarely be responsible for all four children at once. Their newborn twins, just three weeks old, are beginning to emerge from the sleepy newborn phase and are supported by a Newborn Care Specialist.

Dad is a professional athlete, so a nanny who can gracefully adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving schedule will be deeply valued by this family. Flexibility is key! Mom describes herself as outgoing and laid-back, while Dad is quieter and reserved. Together, they’re an active, fun-loving, and silly family who enjoys life’s joyful chaos. Travel is also an exciting part of this role. During hockey season, the family travels domestically every 4–6 weeks for long weekends, and the nanny may have the option to join or stay home with the twins, depending on the trip. This summer, the family is planning an exciting getaway to Sicily and would love for the nanny to join, along with a few other trips throughout the year.

With Dad’s busy schedule, Mom is looking for a true partner in care! Someone who can seamlessly tag team, whether that means tending to the twins while she’s with the older kids or vice versa. Mornings and after-school hours tend to be the busiest times, so an extra set of capable, proactive hands will make all the difference.

The ideal nanny for this family has a bubbly, can-do attitude and naturally steps in wherever needed. Professional, respectful, and discreet, they thrive in a role that requires flexibility and initiative. They’re dependable, trustworthy, and genuinely kind, with a true passion for working with children and takes pride in helping a household run smoothly. Organized and energetic, they can effortlessly keep up with the children’s lively pace while managing household tasks such as grocery shopping, Amazon returns, errands, and organizational projects.

In this role, the candidate will provide attentive, nurturing care for the children, supporting their daily routines and helping them get ready for school. Responsibilities include preparing meals and snacks, changing diapers and restocking diaper bags, sterilizing bottles, and keeping the children’s spaces tidy. The candidate will safely transport the children to and from school and activities, plan fun, age-appropriate educational activities, and coordinate playdates and outings. Additional duties include light household tasks such as tidying the kitchen and living areas, meal prep for the children, occasional organization projects, running small errands (e.g., car cleaning or returns), and keeping household supplies up to date and restocked as needed.
