About the Family:
A kind, professional family in Columbus is seeking an experienced, engaging, and nurturing full-time nanny to care for their 6-month-old baby. Both parents work hybrid schedules — mom works primarily from home, and dad works a combination of in-office and remote days. They value open communication, reliability, and a caregiver who can provide both structure and warmth throughout the day. The family hopes to find a long-term partner who will grow with their child and family over the coming years.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide loving, attentive, and developmentally focused care for a 6-month-old baby
- Maintain and adapt daily routines for feeding, naps, and playtime
- Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote early learning and motor skills
- Manage baby-related tasks including laundry, bottle washing, and keeping play and feeding areas tidy
- Prepare simple, healthy meals and snacks as the baby transitions to solids
- Maintain open communication with parents and provide updates on milestones, progress, and daily routines
- Support light household duties related to the baby or general tidiness
- Occasionally provide evening or date-night coverage (with advance notice)

    • CPR and First Aid certified (or willing to renew before start date)
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
    • Up to date on vaccinations, including Tdap and flu (preferred)
    • Excellent communication skills and reliability
    • Comfortable working in a home with a work-from-home parent
    • Seeking a long-term, stable position
