FULL TIME INFANT NANNY

Summary:
Loving first-time parents in Miami Beach are seeking a warm, professional, and engaging full-time nanny to join their household and grow with their family. They are looking for a nurturing and proactive caregiver who will take an active role in their child’s development, someone organized, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, stimulating, and loving environment. This position offers the opportunity to become a valued, long-term member of the family’s team. Mom works from home and there is a friendly Bernedoodle, so must love dogs. Travel to the family lake house in New York in the summer for 2-3 months, plus possible domestic and international travel throughout the year will also be a part of the role.

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience caring for infants, a strong understanding of developmental milestones, and the ability to plan age-appropriate, engaging activities that foster learning through play. A background or interest in early childhood education is highly preferred. The nanny should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable collaborating closely with parents to ensure consistency and teamwork. Candidates must also be comfortable with a large dog, maintain a tidy and organized environment, and be adaptable for travel. Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required. Reliability, emotional warmth, and a genuine passion for child development are essential.

Location:
Miami, Miami Beach, FL

Days & Hours:
M-F, 7:30 am-5:00 pm, with the flexibility for the occasional date night. Summer travel required

Required Certifications:
3-5 Years Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV

Hourly/Salary:
25.-30.
