Full Time Nanny / Family Assistant

Summary:
We're searching for an exceptional nanny and family assistant to join a wonderful, active family with three children. Mom is a stay-at-home mom and is looking for someone who truly "gets it", and can seamlessly blend into the family. Someone with a happy outlook and healthy lifestyle would blend well within this household. We are looking for a candidate that can run with full autonomy, who can read the room, anticipate needs, and take initiative without micromanagement. We need someone upbeat, vivacious, and genuinely passionate about working with little ones, particularly infants and toddlers. This is a live-out position with travel opportunities (passport required), and the right candidate will be looking for a long-term placement where they can grow with the family. If you're energetic, proactive, and love being part of an active household with two sweet labradoodles and a gated, safe pool area, this could be your perfect match!

Required Skills:
Your primary focus will be caring for the adorable 1-year-old, with occasional support for the older children. Responsibilities include preparing healthy, kid-friendly meals and meal prep, light housekeeping related to the children, driving (reliable transportation required, possible nanny car available), and joining in on family activities like coaching soccer with the kids. The ideal candidate brings proven experience working with children ages 0-5, understands infant and toddler development, is comfortable with technology, and possesses a natural ability to see what needs to be done and do it. Spanish-speaking is a wonderful bonus! Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 10am-6pm (40-45 hours per week), with occasional travel with the family.
