Description: 

A young, active couple is seeking a caring and experienced full-time nanny to join their family as they welcome their first child, a baby girl who will be 3 months old at the start of the position. With both parents returning to work in November, they are looking for someone who can bring warmth, reliability, and structure to their home while supporting them through this exciting new chapter.

This family values a household filled with love, laughter, and routine. They enjoy an active lifestyle, spending time outdoors, and maintaining an organized, supportive environment. Their ideal nanny is confident with infants, comfortable with dogs (they have two friendly lab mixes), and excited to become a long-term, trusted presence in their home.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing loving and attentive care to their infant daughter
  
  
• Creating a consistent daily routine with naps, feeds, and age-appropriate activities
  
  
• Taking the baby outside daily for walks and fresh air
  
  
• Washing bottles, baby laundry, and tidying child-related areas
  
  
• Letting the family’s two dogs in and out during the day
  
  
• Supporting developmental milestones through play, hands-on learning, and structure
  
  

The family is looking for someone who is:

• Experienced with infants and knowledgeable about developmental stages
  
  
• Structured yet fun-loving, with the ability to balance routine and play
  
  
• Outdoorsy and energetic, excited to take the baby on daily walks
  
  
• Supportive of healthy eating habits, including baby-led weaning when solids are introduced

Schedule & Details:

• Position begins early November
  
  
• Hours will typically fall between 8 AM–5 PM (flexible: 8–4, 9–5, etc.)
  
  
• Schedule is variable, based on a 4 days on/4 days off rotation, with advance notice provided
  
  
• Average of 3–4 weekdays per week, willing to guarantee 90 monthly hours minimum
  
  
• Compensation: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
