Fun, outdoors-loving San Carlos family with two school-age kids (Grades 4 & 2) and a friendly goldendoodle. One child is neurodivergent and thrives with calm structure, support for behavior regulation during transitions/periods of waiting, and coaching around impulse control in stimulating settings. They’re seeking a loving, detail-oriented nanny who makes the kids feel cared for while also holding firm, consistent boundaries when it’s time to learn or stop an activity. They love being outside and value clear communication and a respectful, kind home environment. The family has had two long-term nannies and is now looking for their next long-term teammate - expect a respectful, supportive partnership with a loving family of go-getters.
