Outgoing and Attentive Part-Time Nanny Needed

Warm, family-oriented, and easygoing parents are seeking a nanny who brings positive energy, strong instincts, and a genuine interest in forming a relationship with their family.

They’re looking for someone proactive, communicative, and hands-on, who understands infant care, plans engaging activities, and helps create a calm and confident environment for young parents.

Start Date: As soon as they find the right fit

Schedule: 3 days a week between Monday–Thursday, 9am–5pm (24 guaranteed hours/week). Once the schedule is set with the right candidate, it will remain consistent, with occasional flexibility to shift a day if needed, with advance notice and only if it works with the nanny’s availability.
Compensation: $24–$32/hour
Estimated Annual Compensation: $30,000–$40,000

Children: 1 day a week you'd have the 3 year old and the infant and the other 2 days you'd only have the infant

PTO & Benefits:

• 6 paid holidays (when they fall on a scheduled workday)

• 6 vacation days (equal to 2 weeks)

• 3 sick/personal days
