Inside Their World:

A warm, loving Christian family is seeking a teachable and nurturing nanny to join them in caring for their two daughters, ages two and four. Their oldest is an affectionate, curious four-year-old who loves to learn, explore how things work, and dive into arts and crafts or outdoor play. Their two-year-old is a free spirited little one who prefers adventure over structure, is beginning to talk, and loves pretend play, tea parties, Disney stories, and creating alongside her big sister.

Mom and Dad are intentional about the values they live by, and their Christian beliefs shape the books they read, the media they choose, and how they guide their girls day to day. They are warm, thoughtful parents and simply hope for a nanny who is comfortable supporting their approach with respect and kindness.

Family Environment:

This warm, friendly, and thoughtful family of four is raising their two joyful daughters with intention, love, and dedication to learning and growth. Both parents are self employed, managing multiple businesses from home, and they deeply value a nanny who can provide steady, consistent care so they can stay focused on work and still protect quality family time. They work closely with a Household Manager placed through Pink Nannies, and the nanny will partner with her each day to keep the home running smoothly and support the girls’ daily rhythm.

Their parenting style is rooted in their Christian beliefs, blending clear boundaries with genuine connection, encouragement, and kindness. The home is structured but warm, calm, and nurturing, with a focus on learning, imagination, and curiosity. As the relationship grows, the family may welcome the nanny to join them on travel or help with occasional driving. They enjoy simple joys together like crafts, outdoor play, and exploring their community, and they want a nanny who feels like a natural extension of this loving, intentional environment.

Who Thrives Here:

Their ideal nanny is someone who brings a calm, steady presence to the home and genuinely enjoys growing alongside the family. They appreciate someone open to guidance and comfortable with collaborative communication, especially as Mom and Dad share their values and preferences with warmth and clarity. A kind, patient, and emotionally mature nanny who sets gentle boundaries and supports the family’s approach will feel right at home here.

A great fit is creative, engaging, and excited to offer enriching, age appropriate activities that make the girls' days fun and meaningful. Someone who manages personal matters outside of work and brings positive, consistent energy to the job will thrive in this environment. Flexibility for occasional overtime and monthly date mornings or evenings is appreciated.

Daily Rhythm:

The nanny’s main focus each day will be caring for and engaging the girls, while checking in and collaborating with their Pink Nannies Household Manager. Their day will include planning simple early learning activities, age-appropriate educational play, and creative moments through storytelling, pretend play, and imagination based games. The family avoids screens, so outdoor play, exploring nature on the property, and active games will be a big part of the routine.

Additional responsibilities include following the girls' daily schedule, helping them work through emotions with patience, and keeping their spaces tidy and organized. This includes managing their laundry, restocking diapers and wipes, organizing toys and clothing, and washing dishes after meals.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional childcare experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable and insured vehicle
  • Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
  • Current on standard vaccinations
  • Valid passport & comfort with  domestic and international travel as needed
