FULL TIME NANNY

Summary:
A wonderful family currently in Venice, relocating to Hancock Park in the spring, is seeking an energetic, hands-on, and loving full-time nanny to join their growing household. Both parents work from home and are looking for someone who can be an engaging presence for their children; creative, active, and confident in planning fun outdoor adventures like trips to the park or backyard playtime. The family values warmth, flexibility, and teamwork, and hopes to find someone who will grow with them long-term. The position requires flexibility for occasional weekends, overnights, and travel (both domestic and international).

Required Skills:
The ideal candidate will have a background in early childhood education or equivalent experience, strong knowledge of child development, and the ability to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. A confident swimmer is essential, as the home has a pool. The nanny should be organized, able to manage children’s clothing, toys, and household inventory, and comfortable assisting with school pick-ups, drop-offs, and activity coordination. Experience caring for multiple children is required, as is the ability to balance warmth and fun with structure and boundaries. The family is seeking someone kind, patient, and proactive, someone who can move at their fast pace while knowing when to step in and gently redirect. Spanish fluency is a plus.

Days & Hours:
M-F, 10-6 with flexibility for a date night and overnights

Required Certifications:
Trustline, 3-5 Years Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV

Hourly/Salary:
40-45
