FULL TIME NANNY

Summary:
This family of five is seeking an engaging and collaborative nanny who can work closely with two work from home parents in a homeschooling environment. The ideal candidate embraces a Montessori inspired approach, enjoys getting down on the floor to play, and actively supports each child’s individual growth and development. A background as a preschool teacher would be a wonderful fit, as the role includes assisting with homeschool transitions, reinforcing learning through hands on activities, and following the parents’ lead while also bringing thoughtful ideas to the table. Required Skills:
Daily responsibilities include helping guide the children through their homeschool routine, supporting smooth transitions into afternoon activities, and providing structure that allows the parents protected time to work. The nanny will also assist with light household duties such as children’s laundry, meal prep, and maintaining organized spaces. A strong swimmer is preferred, as the children enjoy water activities. Due to allergies in the home, the nanny must avoid perfumes, scented lotions, and exposure to cat dander, and should be mindful of a light tree nut allergy. Required Certifications:
3-5 Years Experience, CPR & First Aid, Perfect DMV, Trustline

Hourly/Salary:
45.-50.
