Inside Their World:

This thoughtful, growth-minded family is welcoming their first nanny/household manager to support their two youngest children, ages 6 and 4, while maintaining a home that feels orderly, calm, and beautifully managed. As they settle into their brand new home later this year, they are seeking someone who will help establish household rhythm, systems, and structure with ease.

Their 6-year-old son is bright, energetic, and endlessly curious. He enjoys imaginative play, movement, outdoor exploration, and opportunities to make everyday activities feel like an adventure. He is eager to connect with his nanny and thrives when someone engages with him, listens to his ideas, and celebrates his excitement.

Their 4-year-old daughter has a gentle, affectionate spirit and loves quieter, independent play. She enjoys caring for her baby dolls, creating little stories, and building her own imaginative worlds. She flourishes with hands on engagement, predictability in her day, and a nurturing presence nearby.

The family also has two older children who are independent and largely out of the home, requiring minimal support.

Family Environment:

Mom and Dad lead with clear expectations, healthy boundaries, and a consequence-based approach that balances firmness with warmth. They value communication that respects their children’s maturity, encouraging thoughtful dialogue rather than baby talk, and use calm redirection and appropriate consequences to guide behavior.

Quality time as a family is essential. They love attending sporting events, spending time outdoors, and traveling together. They frequently enjoy time at their home in Tulum and fly privately to ensure ease, comfort, and predictability during family trips. They are an active, engaged, and generous parenting team who value discretion, loyalty, and professionalism in the individuals who support their home.

Who Thrives Here:

Mom and Dad are eager to welcome their first nanny/household manager and have high expectations for the right candidate. This role is ideal for a professional, experienced, and discreet individual who is thoughtful, resourceful, and genuinely caring, someone who can uphold household expectations with warmth, clarity, and confidence.

The ideal candidate is organized, attentive, and has a natural ability to anticipate needs before they are asked for. They approach responsibilities proactively, keep routines running smoothly, and maintain an orderly household environment without being prompted. This individual is deeply invested in the children’s well-being, engaging in their favorite activities with enthusiasm and presence, and offering undivided attention without distraction, including limited phone use while caring for them.

The family enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally and hopes to find someone who not only enjoys travel, but also feels confident joining trips alongside extended family when needed.

Daily Rhythm:

In this role, the candidate will be primarily responsible for household duties (60%) along with childcare responsibilities (40%). You will provide professional household support, including managing Dad’s calendar and reminding him of appointments, assisting with the family’s weekly schedule organization, maintaining a tidy, clean, and organized home, running errands, shopping for groceries, and handling donations. As for the childcare part of the role, you will provide attentive, nurturing care, supporting their routines and development, and engage in play with the younger kids. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, safely driving the kids to aftercare and other activities, offering homework assistance, and handling their appointments.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of professional childcare experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Reliable and insured vehicle
  • Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
  • Discreet and professional
  • Valid passport
  • Family assistant or household management experience
  • Flexibility to stay long on occasion, with advance notice,  when needing evening coverage
