Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, highly organized House Manager to support a busy family during an 18-month transitional period while they build a new home and grow with them long-term in this position. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can create structure, efficiency, and calm in a household with many moving parts. The family has two children, ages 9 and 11, who attend different schools and participate in multiple sports and activities. Responsibilities include school pick-ups and drop-offs, homework support, meal preparation, household organization, and managing day-to-day logistics. The home also includes two large dogs, so comfort with pets is essential. This is a long-term role where the right candidate will truly become a valued part of the family.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate is an excellent organizer who is energetic, tech-savvy, and able to anticipate the needs of a fast-paced household. Strong multitasking skills are essential, along with the ability to manage household services such as cleaners and donation pickups. Responsibilities include laundry, food preparation, dog walking, and coordinating children’s schedules and activities. A sense of humor, flexibility, and a warm, family-oriented approach are highly valued. The candidate must have their own reliable vehicle and be comfortable driving children to and from school and activities.

10am-6pm, 40 hours a week guaranteed

3-5 Years Experience, Perfect DMV
