Inside Their World: A busy, hardworking travel couple is seeking a highly experienced and proactive Household Manager to oversee the daily operations of their home, support their personal logistics, and care for their friendly Golden Retriever.
Family Environment:
This highly organized, appreciative couple is seeking an experienced Household Manager to join their home in a long term, professional capacity. Both parents travel frequently for work, and with commitments mapped clearly years in advance, expectations and schedules are thoughtfully defined, predictable, and respectful of everyone’s time. They are drawn to professionals who are loyal, honest, and naturally proactive, with a strong “see a need, fill a need” mindset and the confidence to manage independently without micromanagement. Mutual respect, appreciation, and collaboration are central to how they operate, and they value individuals who are both capable and genuinely kind. Outside of work, the family enjoys racquet sports, entertaining friends and extended family, hosting gatherings at home, spending meaningful time with their college aged children, and traveling together.
Who Thrives Here:
This role is best suited for a seasoned, proactive professional who is confident, adaptable, and comfortable navigating evolving schedules. The family is seeking someone trustworthy, mature, and deeply reliable, with a strong sense of professional integrity and sound judgment. Clear communication, discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs without direction are essential. The ideal candidate brings a polished, steady presence and takes ownership of priorities independently, while collaborating seamlessly with the family and household staff. This is a role for someone who quietly manages the details, reduces mental load, and operates with confidence rather than requiring constant guidance.
Daily Rhythm:
The Household Manager will be responsible for managing household supplies, errands, and inventory, ensuring the home is always properly stocked, maintained, and clean. They will coordinate vendors, schedule repairs, maintenance, and service appointments, and oversee ongoing household organization and records. They will play a key role in coordinating and managing family travel, overseeing logistics from planning through execution, while also maintaining pet care routines, managing the family’s shared calendar, and handling personal tasks to support a smoothly run household. Additional duties include doing laundry, organizing closets, dropping off packages at nearby UPS/FEDEX locations, loading and unloading the dishwasher, and taking clothes and items to the donation center.

This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law.
