• Location: Spotsylvania, Virginia
• Ages of children: 2 and 4 years old
• Start date: As soon as they find the right fit!
• Schedule: Full-time, guaranteeing 40 hours per week, with the general schedule falling on Monday through Friday from  8:30am to 4:30pm with flexibility to come in early or stay late 1-2 times a month as needed.
• Compensation: The family is offering $45-50/hour based on the 40 hours/week schedule, which equates to an annualized base compensation of $93-104k/year range. The family may be open to a higher compensation package commensurate with experience.
• Benefits: The family is open to providing paid time off, paid holidays, a health insurance stipend, and relocation assistance for the right candidate.

The children are not yet enrolled in school and are cared for at home full-time. The nanny will care for the girls exclusively on their property. Anyone outside the family has not taken the children off-site, though, as trust and comfort are built, they may be open to outings or driving in the future.
• Both parents are self-employed and run multiple businesses, so their workdays can move quickly and require focus and flexibility. They work from home in separate areas from where the girls spend their day, but share common spaces like the kitchen. Due to their work demands, they rely on steady, consistent childcare and view their nanny as an essential support to their family. The family uses a parenting style that blends structure and clear boundaries with warmth, encouragement, and quality time, and is seeking a nanny who can mirror that balance. They travel for a few weeks each year, and while they have not previously traveled with a nanny, there is a possibility for the right candidate to join them on future trips if they find a suitable long-term fit. Their ideal nanny is creative and enjoys crafts, hands-on projects, and outdoor activities that engage and inspire the children. Someone experienced, who is intuitive and can read the room, knowing when to step in and out if needed, will be essential. They are seeking a respectful nanny who is comfortable in an environment where faith is part of the children’s day-to-day.
• An excellent communicator who takes feedback, is receptive to guidance, and able to adjust to feedback while maintaining a positive, calm, and steady attitude will be a wonderful addition to their team.
