Full-Charge Nanny for Infant Twins (Live-in or Live-out) — Sunny Isles Beach, FL

A loving, active family in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated career nanny with a strong background in infant care, particularly twin to join their household. The family includes a couple and four young children: six-month-old twins, a two-year-old, and a four-year-old. The older children are in school during the day, so the primary focus is the twins, with occasional support for the older children. A full-time housekeeper assists with the children in the afternoons, so there is additional support in the home.

Schedule:
Wednesday to Sunday, 10 hours per day. Weekday scheduling can be flexible as long as weekend coverage is provided, as the candidate must be willing to work weekends.

The family offers an optional live-in arrangement if needed. Occasional overnights may be required, and summer travel is expected.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full-charge, developmentally focused care for infant twins and assist with the older children as needed
• Diapering, bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Bottle-feeding, introducing solids, and preparing children’s meals
• Managing sleep and nap routines
• Implementing age-appropriate activities to support developmental milestones
• Occasional care for the older children
• Light family-assistant support, including:
– Children’s laundry and tidying
– Organizing children’s spaces
– Running errands
– Light cooking for the children
– Managing children’s calendars and logistics

Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years of recent professional nanny experience, including experience with twins/multiples, infants, and toddlers
• Strong, verifiable childcare references
• Demonstrated long-term employment in previous roles
• Energetic, proactive, and nurturing demeanor
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Comfortable with occasional overnights and summer travel

Compensation
• Starting at $125,000k+ commensurate with experience
