Experience Requirements

• 2 years minimum experience working as a private nanny with excellent verifiable references

Educational Requirements

• Fluency in English

• COVID-vaccinated including current on the booster
• TB, Tdap and Flu vaccines
• CPR Certified
• Comfortable with friendly dog in the home
• Experienced with infants and child development stages
• Able to support key milestones
• Strong communication skills
• Open and transparent communication with parents
• Active and engaging
• Comfortable walking hills
• Seeking long-term commitment (2-3 years)

Responsibilities

• Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Planning daily outings to local park, library, story time, etc.
• Keep child on schedule
• All child-related tasks (feeding, changing, etc.)
• Preparing, washing, sanitizing bottles
• Helping with developmental transitions (sleep schedule, solids, potty training, etc.)
• Prepare baby’s solids and meals once age-appropriate
• Light tidying (nursery, common and play areas, kitchen, etc.)
• Child laundry
