Organized, Dependable Nanny / House Manager Needed in Palo Alto

Full-time
Salary: $43.00 - $47.00 Hourly
Application Deadline: Feb 20, 2026
Live-out Nanny

A fun, loving family in Palo Alto with two busy working parents is looking to transition from a traditional nanny to a Nanny/House Manager who can help keep their home and schedules running smoothly. Their children are 7 (girl / first grader) and 12 years old (boy / 6th grader). Responsibilities include driving from school to activities, homework help, manging the family’s schedules and calendars, organization, errands, light tidying, family laundry, and meal prep/cooking.

As their kids are becoming more independent, they need less hands-on childcare and more organization and planning support for their day-to-day life. Someone who enjoys bringing order, organization, and calm to a busy family environment and can help shift responsibilities from childcare toward household management will be the best fit. Ultimately they are looking for someone loving, tech savvy, trustworthy, and dependable who will be with their family for years to come.
