Family Syllabus: This sweet family in San Francisco is looking for a rockstar ROTA nanny to care for their 6-month-old daughter! Mom and Dad both work inside the home. They travel often and would love their nannies to join them. They have a sweet dog, so please be comfortable with canine companions. This is a fully staffed home. Please be ready to work harmoniously alongside Mom and other staff members!
Ideal Candidate: The family’s ideal candidate is patient, warm, has a great attitude, knows how to take initiative, and loves to travel. A nanny who is experienced with developmentally appropriate milestones and activities for their growing daughter is a must. This family values proactive candidates and is looking for a nanny who can step in where needed. A true team player who can work well with mom and other household members. Their ideal nanny will be extremely organized, have excellent communication, and be prepared at all times. They would love a nanny who can foster some independence but is also safety cautious. A nanny who is able to read a room and knows when the appropriate time is to step in and step out is expected. A college degree is not required, but it would be a huge bonus. This family will only consider candidates local to San Francisco or willing to relocate.
Job Synopsis: Enjoy your days following a routine with the sweetest girl! Spend your mornings reading books together and helping develop this growing girl. Additional duties include creating age-appropriate activities, laundry related to the child, and keeping the child’s play areas clean and tidy. Please be willing to lend a hand if needed with additional tidying. The schedule for this position is rotational for 1 week on and off at a time, with 24/7 shifts during the rotation. Please be open to longer rotations when needed and extensive travel. The pay for this role is a target salary of $140-150K/gross annually, depending on experience, plus sick days and paid time off. The family is offering relocation compensation for the right candidate.
Vaccination Requirements: This family is requesting a nanny who is up to date on their MMR, Tdap, Varicella (or had chicken pox), and polio vaccinations. Please be willing to get the seasonal flu vaccination.

Qualifications:
Five years of professional nanny experience
Local to San Francisco or willing to relocate
At least one year of 24/7 ROTA experience
CPR/first aid certification
Excellent references
