EXCEPTIONAL FULL-TIME NANNY NEEDED FOR FIRST TIME PARENTS IN VIENNA, VA

Location: Vienna, Virginia, 22180

Children: 3.5-month-old

Compensation: $30-$33/hr

Schedule: 40 guaranteed hrs/week. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Benefits: 3.5 weeks of PTO, 3 paid sick days, 11 paid major holidays, a monthly healthcare stipend, and mileage reimbursement for on-the-job travel.

Dad will be working outside the home most days, and Mom will be working from home in a separate office once she ends her maternity leave in April. Daily Rhythm: 

The focus of this role is full charge infant care paired with thoughtful child related household support. Responsibilities include planning and engaging in age-appropriate activities, daily outdoor walks, preparing and washing bottles, sanitizing feeding items, laundering children’s clothing and linens, keeping play areas tidy and organized, emptying the diaper pail, restocking baby supplies, and maintaining an orderly daily routine. Additional responsibilities may include organizing baby items, sorting outgrown clothing or gear, and helping ensure the home is prepared and reset when the family travels.

Qualifications: 

• 3 years of professional childcare experience
• Experience working with newborns and infants
• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable and insured vehicle
• Clean driving record & ability to pass a background check
• Current on vaccinations (including those for critical childhood illnesses) & flu

This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law.
