Compensation:
- $24/hour initially, Adjusted to $26–$28 per hour once the newborn arrives in March 2026 to reflect additional newborn care responsibilities and care of multiple children

The ideal nanny will have experience caring for both school-aged children and infants, confidently manage daily routines, and communicate clearly with parents. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nurturing, attentive care for a 5-year-old and newborn
- Transport the 5-year-old to and from school and extracurricular activities using the family-provided vehicle
- Support homework completion and school-related projects
- Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate newborn care, including bottle preparation, feedings, diapering, and establishing healthy nap routines
- Prepare simple, nutritious meals and snacks for the children
- Manage children’s laundry, including washing, folding, and organizing clothing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of children’s bedrooms, nursery, and play areas
- Assist with light household support related to the children, such as tidying common areas and retrieving delivered packages
- Communicate regularly and professionally with parents regarding daily activities, developmental progress, and any concerns
- Ensure the children’s safety, supervision, and overall well-being at all times

- Comfortable documenting daily activities, routines, and updates for parents
- Committed to a long-term placement to ensure stability and continuity for the children
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of professional childcare experience, including at least 1 year in a private home caring for multiple children or families
- Minimum of 1 year of newborn/infant care experience required
- Able to provide at least 2 professional references from private home childcare experience
- Minimum of an Associate’s Degree required
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
- Minimum age: 21 years old
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to successfully pass an extensive criminal background check and drug screening upon hiring
- Willing to commit to at least 1 year for long-term employment
