Full Time Head of Childcare

Required Skills:
The Head of Childcare will work in partnership with them and their household team to support the family's vision for raising their children with faith-based principles and providing them with the very best in care, health, and education. Responsibilities include serving as the lead nanny, overseeing daily operations of the childcare team, managing schedules (including double coverage and split days), and implementing development programs to support early education and healthy living. Candidates must have experience caring for multiple children, be a strong swimmer, and be available for occasional domestic and international travel. This role requires full scheduling flexibility, impeccable professionalism, forward-thinking/problem-solving abilities, humility, and a genuine service mindset.
