Inside Their World:
This warm and organized family is seeking an experienced nanny who enjoys busy, active days and will create a calm, predictable rhythm for their 4-year-old daughter, 2.5-year-old & newborn sons.
Their 4-year-old daughter is imaginative, energetic, and thrives with structure and gentle guidance during transitions. Her younger brother is affectionate, playful, and loves anything with wheels, music, and outdoor adventures. The newborn currently follows an eat-sleep routine and will transition to bottles in the coming months.
The children spend much of their time outdoors at the neighborhood playground and pool, building, pretending, dancing, and playing together.
Family Environment:
This is a thoughtful, communicative household that values consistency and mutual respect. The parents work as a team and appreciate a caregiver who approaches the role in the same collaborative way. They aim to give their children independence while still providing clear expectations and guidance. Their parenting style is warm and responsive, with an emphasis on teaching skills, encouraging responsibility, and helping the children learn how to manage their emotions. Calm responses and predictable routines are important to them, and they appreciate a nanny who can reinforce those patterns throughout the day.
One parent works from home a couple of days each week in separate office spaces. The parents are appreciative and collaborative and want their nanny to feel comfortable taking ownership of the day. They respect professional judgment and aim to support their caregiver so that the household feels calm for everyone. Open communication matters to them, and they value a long term relationship built on trust and consistency. The family is mindful of giving the nanny autonomy and does not micromanage, but they value proactive communication and shared understanding so everyone stays aligned.
The home is lively, organized, and full of positive energy. There’s plenty of laughter and play woven into the day, balanced with thoughtful structure that keeps things flowing smoothly.
Who Thrives Here:
This role is ideal for a nanny who enjoys being actively involved with children while naturally maintaining structure. The family is looking for someone warm, steady, and confident who can balance playfulness with clear guidance. Since their oldest child benefits from calm coaching during transitions, the right candidate will be patient, observant, and comfortable holding gentle boundaries when needed. A warm and playful presence is appreciated, but you should carry yourself in a way that naturally inspires trust and steady listening.
The ideal nanny is reliable, self directed, and comfortable managing multiple children with different needs, including a newborn. They communicate clearly, anticipate needs, and help the day move forward smoothly without needing constant direction. Someone who enjoys outdoor play, imaginative activities, and staying engaged with the children will thrive here, especially if you take pride in creating a peaceful, well run environment where kids can have fun while learning independence.
Daily Rhythm:
Responsibilities include morning routines, school drop offs and pick ups, planning engaging age-appropriate activities, preparing children’s meals and snacks, and supporting naps. While children are resting or at school, duties include doing the children’s laundry, bottle preparation and washing, organizing play spaces, unloading and loading the dishwasher, and child-related errands and general tidying and organizing. This is a supportive household role, not deep housekeeping. The nanny must be a safe and reliable driver and comfortable supervising children near a neighborhood pool.

This position is paid legally, on a W-2, subject to regular deductions and withholdings as required by law.
